User Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination:

• You remain liable for any outstanding fees
• We may delete your account and associated data after a reasonable retention period
• Provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification shall survive

We may immediately terminate your access if you materially breach these terms or engage in prohibited activities.

Governing Law
